Meet India Luckett
Born and raised in Washington DC in Ward Five, I attended parochial and public schools and later to venture to Washington Technical Institute; today known as UDC. Business management/ marketing was my major. Working a 9 to 5 seemed the best for me so I landed a job in federal government, where I am currently employed.
Fast forward, I’ve always had a niche for people, curious of who , what and where. Listening, engaging and Helping someone.
October 2016, Lending Hands LLC was founded. It’s mission is to help others purse excellence by way of resume writing, interview preparation, job search and creating email accounts for USDA to apply for a job. At times, I was fortunate to mentor male/ female inmates which gave me an idea to use resources with the District of Columbia to aid them with housing, healthcare and spiritual guidance.
